Plano Tops Lists of Best Cities for Women and Men
“Women’s Health” and “Men’s Health” magazines hit the shelves this week with their third annual joint venture of ranking the top cities. They ranked 100 cities based on 41 categories including cost of living, cancer rates, health and fitness. For women, Plano ranked first. For men, third place was a nice finish. “Women’s Health” focused on the single men to women ratio. “Men’s Health” highlighted the weightlifting opportunities and competitive spirit in Plano. All of which are key motivating factors to kick those New Year’s fitness resolutions into high gear. With62 miles of recreational trails, 81 parks and four affordable city recreation centers, it’s no secret why Plano tops their lists.
